In the next installment of his audio series, Joe Rogan speaks with author and psychologist Dr. John Coleman about his new book,”The Happiness Epidemic.” Dr. Coleman says that there’s a war going on within the brain between the positive and negative sides of the character. One side is known as the”good side” and another is known as the”bad side.” Dr. Coleman says that when folks get too close to either extreme they can lose sight of what their real priorities are and can easily slip into negativity.

Rogan added that he always feels good when he knows there are people who think he’s correct about something. He did note that if it comes to his recommendations for people he doesn’t normally subscribe to the”I’m right, you’re wrong” mentality.

Joe Rogan has also suggested that he gets a kick out of watching The Mentalist. According to a press release from the Associated Press, Joe Rogan is the latest in a long line of actors to say that they get vaccines for the flu and for the common cold. Celebrities including Drew Barrymore, Jamie Fox, Ben Kingsley, Chris Evans, Meryl Streep, and lots of others have all indicated they get vaccinated. It was also announced that actor Danny Glover will be receiving the flu shot in preparation for his role as The Mentalist in the new TV show. The news of these vaccines being linked to the new TV series has caused quite a stir with a lot of health professionals claiming that the move could be harmful.

Joe Rogan states that he’s not going to get into the”happiness hypothesis” anymore, but rather state he’s going to discuss the things that have been causing him happiness. In the last interview he said how listening to certain types of music affects his mood and talked about meditation as well. In this latest interview he talks about how the new TV series The Mentalist is based on a story he read in a book about curing psychosomatic illnesses. If you’re someone who thinks that Joe Rogan is only saying what he thinks people want to hear, then you are probably not going to be happy with the new direction Joe Rogan’s taking. Many fans are calling the new podcast The Good Doctor a brain dead show and stating that it doesn’t offer any new ideas for treating disorders of the mind.

Recently, in an internet search I did to search for signs that Joe Rogan was right about the health benefits of meditation and the link between that and the many ailments of the brain, I came across a rather interesting theory involving Joe Rogan’s beliefs about the Western culture. According to the theory, Joe Rogan saw a similarity between the life span of the Japanese karate master and the writer, Yujiaki Aoyagi, who wrote the best seller The Long Knife. The book was supposed to explain why Aoyagi could have the ability to live so long, even into his nineties. Additionally, it discussed how the mind is connected to several distinct parts of the body, including the brain, and how the body, and brain, can be connected to one another in some way. Aoyagi’s book also discussed how many of the aches and pains we experience during the years are associated with tension within the body, as well as the mind. So, it seems that Joe Rogan might have found his best evidence that meditation can deal with the body and mind and protect against illness.
